Connecticut WebQuest
My students were learning about Connecticut history and people. This project was a research project where students had to explore a significant person or event from Connecticut, then decide if they were significant to Connecticut's history. I used this assignment to organize all of the information so that fourth graders could easily access the information so that they could form a well informed opinion. I embedded Web Tools in my WebQuest that we learned about: Animoto and Symbaloo. Animoto was used as an initiation to the lesson and Symbaloo was a way to organize all of the information.
